This Lapis heart is meticulously placed in fine silver on a sterling silver backplate. This simple heart pendant can be worn alone or with other necklaces. Measuring 9mm in width and 8mm in length, the heart hangs from an 18" sterling silver cable chain, secured with a lobster claw clasp.
